The bridal photoshoot for Neelima is one of our most favourite shoots of all time. Be it the pre-wedding shoot with Neelima in a floral printed dress admiring her wedding gown or the shoot done on the wedding day, with her amazing bridesmaids, we enjoyed every bit of the process. We had a fun time goofing around and practicing the actual wedding photography poses.

Matt and his men were people of style. We had an easy time shooting the groom’s preparation for the wedding. We got the chance to implement a lot of our wedding photography ideas since he was up for experimenting with his photos. We mostly shot indoors and played around with lights and colouring. The results were stills of dramatic quality and an awe-inspiring feel.

Neelima and Matt opted for a beautiful christian wedding in a traditional church setting. Shooting at such an architecturally pleasing location was a lovely experience. The venue was very spacious with a large seating capacity and had high ceilings, with ornate detailing. The couple also went for a minimalistic decor, so that the spotlight would fall on the beauty of the place. The ambience of the place added a special aura to the whole wedding photography couple experience.

And finally came the wedding day. Neelima and Matt were hopelessly in love and it showed on their faces. Their happiness seemed to be amplified by the classic church setting. The wedding photos looked like they were right out of a movie. Everything was perfect – the colours, the lighting, the architecture, the happy faces and the ceremonies. All went well and they became another perfect wedding story.

The couple and their close ones retreated to a comfy, fun evening after the wedding. The reception saw people talking, laughing and sharing all kinds of stories about the newlyweds. The family and friends fully participated in the celebration and it showed on their faces how much they cared about the couple starting off a new life together. And how can a smile not blossom on the lips of anyone who looks at wedding candid photography.

We planned out and executed multiple flatlays from flower arrangements and ring close-ups, to place settings and cakes. The close up wedding ring shots are some of our all time favourites. The finished products were artistic photos that became part of the wedding album. We tried to summarize the story of their special day by showcasing everything from the colour palette to the general theme they chose.

The wedding crowd was an excited and happy bunch. They danced, laughed and jumped — throwing around smiles and good wittedness. Once the ceremonies were done, everybody was in the mood for partying. And so it went on, into the night. The couple led the way on the dancefloor and soon the rest of the crowd followed. With a light head and a full heart, everyone danced along.

Once all the festivities were done and dusted, we casually strolled around the streets with the couple for two more days. We tried out all the destination wedding photography ideas on our mind, before the couple went off on their honeymoon. The golden hour and amazing backgrounds gave us some awesome results. More than the pictures, we are happy to have given both Neelima and Matt a satisfying wedding photography experience.
